Equinox 2025
This retreat is a place of respite where you can prepare yourself, both physically and mentally, to navigate wisely and with an open mind into 2026, while we continue to benefit from the portal energy of the Equinox (Fall Equinox 2025).
In a small, intimate group of up to 14 participants, we will delve into astrological insights and powerful Kundalini Yoga – in the heart of autumn and just after the energetic turning point of the equinox. You will receive your personal horoscope for 2026 with month-by-month guidance and learn simple astrological techniques for everyday life. Additionally, we will work with selected yoga techniques that support the transition into autumn and winter.

Louise Falkenberg offers a business program where you can learn to manage your company effectively based on cosmic cycles.
The program begins in February 2025 and ends in April 2025.
