Yoga & Meditation

We have yoga equipment for 20 people:
20 regular yoga mats

20 meditation chairs.
We collaborate with your yoga shop on equipment, and most of it is from the brand Lotus crafts.
We recommend bringing a towel for the yoga mats to ensure maximum comfort.
MUDRA Yoga Mats in XLARGE
A versatile yoga mat for many different yoga styles. Can be used both outdoors and indoors and is easy to take with you to your yoga studio if you prefer your own yoga mat.
The 5 mm thickness provides a good foundation, cushioning against hard floors and offering comfort during your yoga exercises. The waffle texture provides excellent "grip" and the feeling of stability in yoga asanas/postures.

Material: PVC, OEKO-TEX® tested free of harmful substances. Free of latex, AZO, DOP
The mats can be regularly cleaned by wiping with water on a damp cloth, but should not be soaked or put in a washing machine.
Yoga Bolsters
Cylindrical and ideal for several yoga styles, such as Restorative, Yin, Hatha yoga, and during savasana / relaxation.
Outer & inner fabric: Organic cotton, filling: Organic spelt husks. GOTS certified.
Dimensions: 64 cm long and 24 cm in diameter, weight approx. 2.8 kg.
The outer fabric can be removed and washed, and the filling amount can be adjusted as the inner fabric can be opened.
Yoga Strap
A yoga strap can help you support and deepen your yoga practice in asanas. Particularly suitable for Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Iyengar yoga. Dimensions: Width 3.8 cm & length 2.5 m. 100% organic cotton, GOTS certified. 2 D-rings.
Yoga Blocks
Best quality cork yoga blocks from Corklane. Each block measures 22.7 x 12 x 7.5 cm and weighs approx. 600 g, providing optimal support for yoga practice. Suitable for Hatha, Yin, Iyengar & Restorative yoga. Blocks are used as support to balance the body in asanas / yoga postures – in standing, sitting, and lying exercises.
Cork oak grows naturally in Portugal, and this cork is harvested by hand to ensure that the tree is not damaged and can regenerate its bark. No dangerous chemicals, heavy metals, formaldehyde, or mineral fibers are used in production. Cork is antistatic & hypoallergenic – and also pleasant to touch.
Classic hand-woven organic yoga blanket - Natural
Versatile use as a supportive base in asana practice, meditation, or as a blanket during savasana / relaxation. 100% organic cotton (kbA controlled - GOTS certified). Dimensions: 200 x 150 cm, weight approx. 1.2 kg. Free from harmful substances that could affect you during use, and manufactured under high environmental & socially friendly standards. Machine washable (30 degrees recommended).
BackJack Floor Chair
The BackJack is a comfortable floor chair often used for meditation and other workshops where back support is beneficial for sitting on the floor.
Specifications: Steel frame covered with heavy-duty 100% cotton canvas. Soft foam-padded seat. Easily stackable. Measures 37.5 cm in width, 27 cm in depth, and 50 cm in height. Weight: 1900 grams. No sharp corners or edges.

Sound Systems

We have a built-in Sonos system from 2023 with multiple speakers in the hall.
We have a powerful speaker with a built-in mixer that can be used in the halls/tent and outdoors for both Bluetooth/cable music and microphones. Suitable for up to 25 people.
A handheld microphone and 1 headset are included.

We have a smaller PA sound system from 2025 with 2 speakers for the large workshop rooms. It is suitable for workshops for up to 100 people.
There are accompanying mixers, cables, and microphones - both wireless handheld/headsets and wired handhelds.

We have a large PA sound system from 2024 for the large workshop rooms, which can be used for dance workshops for up to 300 people; “The box pro Achat Band Set aktiv”.

Dance Floor

We have a soft floor that can be laid out on the wooden floor in the hall and in the tent, used for dance workshops and yoga, among other things. The floor has a high-quality finish. It is made of EVA foam, combined with a good structure that offers many advantages. It is non-slip, water-repellent, dirt-repellent, sound-absorbing, shock-absorbing, and the mats can be moved around as desired. This also helps to avoid splinters from the old wooden floor.
Brand: Sporttrend 24. Type: Underlay mats. Size: 60 x 60 cm. Thickness: 1 cm.
NOTE: Shoes are not permitted on the floor.
Projector and screen

In the hall, a large screen is permanently installed and can be easily pulled down as needed. This is a manual pull-down screen measuring 243x243 cm. Model Grandview Fantasy 1:1.
It works by pulling it down to the desired height - holding it there for 3 seconds - and then releasing it.
To roll the screen back up, simply pull it down a few cm and release it immediately.
We also have a good Epson projector in the hall, with an HDMI cable, which is compatible with both PC and Apple. This is available for teaching, film screenings, etc.
You are, of course, also welcome to bring your own projector.
Whiteboard
These boards offer facilitators flexibility and interactivity during their sessions, contributing to an effective and dynamic teaching experience.

Two mobile whiteboards, approximately 70 x 100 cm, which can easily be placed on the floor and also accommodate flipchart paper.

Two magnetic whiteboards, measuring 117 x 150 cm, which can be hung individually or extended along the end wall of the hall.
Tables and Chairs

We have various tables and chairs available. This includes permanent furniture that is always set up, as well as a stock of sturdy folding tables and comfortable dining chairs that can be arranged as needed.

Mattresses
We have various loose mattresses with accessories available at the centre.

IKEA Ågotnes range. The material is 100% polyester, with polypropylene as the cover on the underside. Comfort filling: Polyurethane foam 25 kg/m3.

Sheets must always be used on the mattresses.
When using massage oil or similar products, waterproof sheets must also be used.
These can either be purchased at the centre or brought by yourself.
The Heater

To ensure a comfortable temperature in our dome tent in all weather conditions, we have a powerful heater. This modern heater is designed to warm large areas quickly and efficiently, and its quality construction makes it a reliable choice for our events.
Operation
It is easy to operate, with a single button for both on and off.
We provide a fuel can next to the machine for continuous refilling. There is a single cap at the end of the machine that unscrews for refilling with new diesel.
If the tank runs empty, the machine stops automatically.
Please note that it takes some time for it to restart after refilling if it has run dry.
Please note that the machine takes time to cool down, usually just a few minutes, during which it continues to run after being switched off. It is very important not to disconnect the power before the heater has cooled down, as it could otherwise burn out.

Long operating time: A full tank ensures an operating time of up to 21 hours, making it ideal for prolonged use without frequent refills.
Thermostat control: Equipped with precise thermostat control (TH-5), the heater gives you full control over the temperature, allowing you to adjust the heating as needed.
Durable construction: The combustion chamber is made of stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting durability and efficient operation.
Practical design: The heater comes with a wheel kit, making it easy to move and position, so it can be adapted to the changing needs during our events.
As we have insufficient power in the tent to run an electric version and the machine is used relatively little, it runs on diesel.
Noise level: The machine can be heard when running. During active workshops with music in the tent, you won't notice it. However, it may be audible during meditations, lectures or similar activities.
The heater is located at the back of the tent so it is not visible from the outside.
Kitchens

Each of the centre's buildings has an associated kitchen that can be freely used.
At Sukkerfabrikken, you'll find the smaller Tea Kitchen – an extension of the dining hall at Sukkerfabrikken.

The large industrial kitchen at Sukkerfabrikken is used by the on-site staff.
If you bring your own chef, it can be rented.
Outdoor Hand Basins

We have 3 Alicante outdoor hand basins that can be set up individually or together for events.
The hoses are, of course, food-grade.
These are most often used in the summer in the food tent at festivals.
Pottery Equipment

Our creative workshop includes a pottery kiln and various pottery slabs for modelling.
The kiln is a Cerama brand

The Stage in the Tent

Our stage in the tent offers an inspiring setting for facilitators and performers. With its open and stable construction, the stage can be used for various events and workshops, from intimate presentations to dynamic performances. It provides an ideal platform for sharing knowledge, teaching, and inspiring, while also creating a central focal point in the tent. It is the perfect place to bring your creativity to life and engage your audience in a unique and welcoming atmosphere.
The stage measures approximately 3 x 6 metres.
Bed linen
There are duvets and pillows in all beds.
As a rule, you bring your own duvet cover, pillowcase, sheet, and towel.

At the centre, we also have duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets, and towels available for hire.
The bed linen is washed with Nordic Swan Ecolabel products and air-dried outdoors.
