I had never been to a Tantra festival before, so I was a little unsure what I was getting myself into, but right at the doorstep, I was met with so much warmth and love, and it continued throughout the entire festival. And that you were supported when you needed it, and could get all the hugs and cuddles you wanted or needed. KÆRLIG opens and connects – and everyone helps each other to arrive and feel that we belong. My experience at KÆRLIG was mirrored in the change I saw in another woman: She came alone from another part of the country, and when I first spoke to her, she felt uncomfortable and out of place. On the last day, I saw the same woman sitting in the middle of the lawn in the sun. She had a colourful ribbon in her hair, was topless, and was in close contact with two others, glowing and laughing ❤️

Dear Adam and Louise, I was completely blown away by the beautiful house, the fantastic surroundings, and the warm welcome I received. In the summer of 2022, I attended the KÆRLIG festival, and it was truly a fantastic experience. I found that a safe space had been created where it was possible to explore my own mechanisms, beliefs, and defense mechanisms with curiosity—a place where space was made and I was invited to let my inner processes unfold. At the festival, I encountered a wide range of skilled and inspiring facilitators who knew how to create space for exploration and growth. I returned home with a sense of curiosity and a desire to delve much deeper into the topics I encountered during the festival, along with new acquaintances who inspire and challenge me in just the right way, sparking my curiosity. A transformative experience. Beautiful people, beautiful surroundings, beautiful processes. I came very close to not going, but I’m so glad I did! “Kærlig 2022” was in many ways a turning point in my life, and it has opened so many doors within me that had been closed for years. My deepest wish is to live completely freely and authentically, and now I’ve taken a step closer to that. Together, the participants and the talented facilitators created a strong, safe, and unique space that allowed for a shared experience filled with enjoyment, joy, dance, play, immersion, and sensuality—and provided room for deep, transformative processes to take place, where both sorrow and anger were welcome emotions because they were held in love. All of this took place within the fantastic setting of Sukkerfabrikken, which supported this beautiful space in every way—with delicious food, scenic surroundings, and friendly, kind people. I went to the most wonderful summer festival, “Love.” I’m completely new to that world, and I was a little—or rather, very—nervous about what I was actually getting myself into. Would I feel at home? I was able to open up parts of myself that had long lain dormant—parts that can help me move toward a more authentic life. My life will never be quite the same again. Facilities: They were fantastic. There was plenty of space, and the restrooms and showers were top-notch; the food was really good. The vegetarian cuisine was of a high standard—please be sure to pass that on to the kitchen staff. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful throughout the entire retreat. Just 150 meters from Tranekær Castle. And I absolutely loved your outdoor café, especially the table and chair on the far right. I also made good use of the cuddling corner for some wonderful, loving encounters. Workshops: Your sexual healing session with Anders, in particular, was truly powerful and transformative. I had a partner with whom I almost melted into one in a deep and honest intimacy. The individual ceremonies for the festive evening on Saturday were really well planned by Helene, Zara, and Samuel. Helene’s workshop in particular—with the throwing of heavy stones and stones placed into the tree—was very beautiful. One small note, though: A recurring issue in the workshops was the facilitators’ tone of voice. It was simply too low. That needs to be improved. You are all beautiful people with whom I’d love to share my life in the future, both intellectually and emotionally. You’ve created an environment that’s just right for me, and I feel welcome there.
