Ticket Sales through
Tranekaer Center
(Rejsegarantifonden)

Tranekaer Center offers to handle ticket sales for your event, so participants can buy tickets directly via our website.
This makes the process simple and secure for both facilitators and participants – and means that the organiser, who is financially responsible for the event, does not need membership of the Rejsegarantifonden.

Practical Information

You will, of course, have the entire centre to yourselves during your stay, both indoors and outdoors.
We only host one event at a time – unless specifically agreed otherwise.

  • Arrival at 3:00 PM · Departure at 3:00 PM (Unless otherwise agreed).

  • All stays include free access to common areas, both indoors and outdoors.

  • On your arrival day, the centre provides a staff member for 1.5 hours to answer questions, give you a tour, and go through the venue and any facilities you wish to use.

Facilities

The course includes the use of:

  • Sound systems, projector, whiteboard, flipchart, yoga equipment, mattresses, cushions, blankets, tables, chairs, etc. (Some items are standard in the hall, and others can be collected from the storage room).

Additionally, the following can be purchased:
Bed linen and towels, as well as extra sound equipment, a dance floor, sauna, and other facilities by arrangement.

Accommodation

Tranekaer Center has 25 beds in the main building.
If more accommodation is required, the surrounding houses can be rented by arrangement.

Long-term Collaborations

We emphasise creating long-term collaborations with facilitators and organisers who wish to return or build continuous programmes at Tranekaer Center.
When planning multiple courses or longer-term programmes in Denmark, we offer individual collaboration and tailored price proposals.
