Prices and Terms
Facilities
• Small space (approx. 13 m²): 1,200 DKK/month
• Medium space (approx. 20 m²): 1,800 DKK/month
• Large space (approx. 35 m²): 2,800 DKK/month
• Extra-large room (approx. 55 m²): 3,850 DKK/month
The sizes are approximate and may vary from location to location.
Common Expenses
Water and electricity usage are shared expenses that are divided among tenants based on the size of their unit.
The allocation is based on a percentage formula, so that larger rooms account for a correspondingly larger share of consumption.
This system was chosen to ensure a simple and fair allocation without the need for individual meters.
Common expenses and the allocation formula are adjusted on an ongoing basis, as needed, in consultation with the tenants.
In addition, a shared fee of 100 kr per month is paid, which covers:
• toilet paper
• cleaning supplies
• rags and similar items
Payment and Deposit
Rent is paid in advance on a monthly basis.
A security deposit equal to 6 months' rent will be charged to cover any damage, defects, or lost keys.
Payment is handled via automatic payment.
Terms of Use
City Hall offers a simple, raw setting that can be developed and shaped over time by those who use the building.
The premises are taken over "as is."
As a general rule, there is no heating in the rooms.
Cleaning
Users are responsible for cleaning their own rooms.
Common areas are maintained jointly through a set system in which responsibility rotates.
The shared cleaning system works best when everyone contributes on an ongoing basis.
A shared cleaning checklist will be created so that tasks are clearly assigned.
