Dance

Multidisciplinary artist from Brazil, contemporary dancer, singer, musician, video artist, and photographer. Movement is their passion!
Not just the movement that comes from the outside in, but the movement that arises from within. A resonating body, shaped by its surroundings and moved by what it receives.

Harú has studied and practiced modern dance for many years, including an extensive and in-depth training program with the Japanese butoh artist Minako Seki, whose work has had a profound impact on their understanding of the body, alignment, connection, nature, and presence.
Harú has also been part of Minako Seki’s teacher training program, which has equipped them with the tools to guide others into their own bodily experience.

Workshop: "
" The Body as a Water Bag

Water is life.
Water carries vibrations.
Every human being is a water bag.

What if we viewed our skin as a bag, and our entire body as a bag filled with water? And began to move accordingly—floating, sensing, soft, and connected.

In this workshop, water becomes our teacher and our source of inspiration.
We let it remind us of what we already are—fluid, responsive, and alive.
We do not move through effort, but let ourselves be moved.

We explore the experience of being moved and dance through this place within ourselves.
We’ll literally dance with a bag of water!

The "Body as a Water Bag" workshop guides participants through a practice based onbody-mind awareness, connection to nature, qualia and imagination, reconnecting with the inner child, and alignment with the cycle of life and death.
