Adam Mads Heindorf
VITAL festival
The Modern-Day Alchemist
Founder and director of the VITAL Festival
Over the past few years, Adam has created festivals, retreats, and development programs focused on mindfulness, awareness, and human connection.
As a teacher, Adam works at the intersection of meditation, yoga, tantra, creativity, and personal process work. His approach is down-to-earth, mindful, and characterized by curiosity. The focus is less on achieving specific goals and more on connecting with what is already alive in the body, mind, and heart.
Adam is a goldsmith and the founder of Adamas, where he works with meditation, soul imagery, symbol work, and personal development. After founding the VITAL Festival, he has gradually passed the baton to a new team and now contributes as a teacher, mentor, and guardian of the festival’s vision and values. His work revolves around the intersection of spirituality, creativity, and everyday life.
At VITAL, Adam invites participants into a space that offers room for silence, reflection, movement, and human connection. His workshops often combine meditation, simple yoga exercises, guided inner journeys, and practical tools that can be integrated into everyday life.
Adam is passionate about bridging the gap between spirituality and everyday life. He sees personal growth as a living process that unfolds through the body, our relationships, and the choices we make every day.
Through his teaching, he aims to help people find greater clarity, mindfulness, and connection to their own inner wisdom.
's "Silent Walk" Workshop - Find Your Inner Compass
A peaceful walk through the unique landscape of TICKON Park, which invites reflection, inner presence, and a deeper connection to your own inner compass.
Sometimes the clearest path reveals itself when nothing is trying to show us the way.
We’ll start by gathering in a circle, where we’ll take some time to center ourselves and reflect on the experiences, encounters, and impressions the festival has brought so far. What has moved you? What is catching your attention? And what do you want to carry with you into the coming days?
From here, we’ll walk in silence through the extraordinary landscape of TICKON Park—a place featuring rare trees from around the world, Land Art created by international artists, and the lake that surrounds Tranekær Castle.
You are invited to find your own pace, listen to your inner voice, and let your inner compass guide the way.
This is your journey, with room for everything that wishes to come to the fore.
Along the way, you might find something you’d like to take back with you—an object from nature, a word, an insight, or a moment that will stay with you even after the hike is over.
Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather.
Workshop: Create Your Own Talisman
Create a personal talisman from an element of nature, shaped with creativity, energy, and intention—as a meaningful companion you can take with you after the festival.
Throughout history, people have carried small objects as reminders of what matters most. The power of an object arises from the meaning, intention, energy, and memories we choose to associate with it.
In this workshop, you’re invited to venture out into nature and find an object that speaks to you. It could be a rock, a piece of wood, a feather, a seed, or something completely unexpected.
Instead of relying on your mind, you are encouraged to let your intuition guide you.
When you return with your find, you’ll receive simple materials and the opportunity to use your creativity to transform it into a personal talisman. It can become a small sculpture, a necklace, or another meaningful object that can accompany you on your journey ahead.
As you create, you’re invited to connect your talisman with an intention, a quality, or a reminder that feels alive and meaningful to you right now in your life.
Your talisman will become a personal symbol that carries the story, energy, and intention you choose to imbue it with—a quiet reminder of what you want to take with you long after the festival has ended.
Bring your curiosity, your presence, and your desire to create intuitively.
