Ceremonial Celebration Hosts & Altar Builders
Magnús, aka Shamagnús:
Dancer, poet, altar builder, and spaceholder.
I love creating shared journeys and spaces for transformation, and have been facilitating ceremonies and retreats for many years.
I bring a sense of playfulness, depth, and enthusiasm to the festival.
Rebecca Fratini:
Movement therapist who uses dance as her language.
I work as a physical therapist, a facilitator in the fieldof embodiment, and an instructor, and I have more than 15 years of experience exploring the intersection of the body, nature, creativity, and human transformation.
My work is based on the understanding that the body possesses an intelligence that goes beyond words. By weaving together dance, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, authentic movement, nature rituals, and creative expression, I create a space where people can reconnect with themselves, one another, and the living world.
My background includes physical therapy with a specialization in mental health, dance and movement therapy, community dance, medical yoga, lymphatic therapy, self-management, and body-oriented approaches to healing and personal development. I have worked extensively with stress-related disorders, chronic pain, and emotional well-being, supporting both individuals and groups in clinical settings as well as through workshops and retreats.
With a deep passion for bringing greater body awareness (embodiment) into society, I believe that the body’s wisdom deserves a central place in our culture. In a world that often prioritizes the mind, I work to ensure that the body’s intelligence is recognized as an essential source of health, creativity, and leadership.
Rasmus Rumzar:
RUMZAR operates at the intersection of music, ritual, and physical experience.
As a master of creating sacred spaces, I bridge two decades of exploration:
One decade has been dedicated to creating transformative experiences on large dance floors.
The other to inner exploration and psychedelic work.
Today, my primary form of expression is sound.
Through deep ambient soundscapes, organic textures, and resonant vibrations, I guide immersive collective sound journeys that center on presence, the body, and subtle awareness. Each experience invites participants into a space of deep listening, expanded perception, and authentic connection.
Drawing on a background in psychedelic therapy, ritual design, and the facilitation of transformative experiences for both individuals and large groups, RUMZAR creates a safe, down-to-earth, and supportive space for exploration, healing, connection, and inner transformation.
Workshop 1:
Altar building
Collaborative creation of an altar at the festival grounds
One of the main gathering places at VITAL is the altar near the old trees behind the Tranekær Center.
Our altar builders welcome everyone who would like to help create and care for this sacred space. Come and settle in, contribute your creativity, and join us in honoring the place and the natural surroundings that form the setting for our community.
Workshop 2:
Lunchdance - Just come and move!
Workshop 3: "
: A Celebration of Sacred Expression"
Saturday's Co-creation:
A Celebration of Sacred Expression!
The celebration of deep, authentic expression is an invitation to radical play, vitality, and collaborative self-expression
Workshop 4:"
" Dragondance
The dragon’s energy invites you to expand your inner and outer space, find deeper roots in the earth, and reach high toward the sky. Through play, curiosity, and creativity, we will explore ways to connect with one another without losing our authentic selves.
The first part of the evening will be guided, after which the dance floor will open so you can freely continue exploring on your own.
We look forward to dancing with you.
