Mia Bjørka – Banya Master
Mia Bjørka is the founder of Norse Banya Master and works at the intersection of sauna rituals, nature, and human connection.
Drawing inspiration from Nordic landscapes and Eastern European banya traditions, she creates immersive sauna experiences, where heat, breath, plants, and movement invite us to slow down, reconnect, and come home to ourselves.
Her work is rooted in the fundamental belief that, when we create the right conditions, the body already knows the way.
