A common feature of both the REMEMBER and AWAKEN sessions is that they begin with healing and energetic cleansing—the foundation that allows the activations to take root within you.

I always work 100% intuitively, which is why REMEMBER and AWAKEN are simply the starting point for our shared journey.

I always follow the intuitive guidance that arises along the way; every session is completely unique.

The energetic work is intuitively supported by the tools that are called for in the moment.
These may include, among other things, the laying on of hands, light language and light codes, crystals, smudging and incense, aura sprays, herbal oils, or other healing tools.
All of this is done with the intention of supporting the specific process your soul is ready for.

Along the way, I often receive intuitive messages and insights, which I share with you after the session.
