Li Tadaa

VITAL festival

Organizer & teacher at the VITAL festival

Li Tadaa is a co-creator and driving force behind the VITAL festival. She has both feet firmly planted in reality and both hands fully engaged in the process. Her vision is clear: to create a vibrant space where the body, emotions, and creativity have room to unfold.

As a teacher, Li Tadaa works with the body and through somatic practices. She guides participants to the places where life energy sometimes gets stuck and helps it start moving again. These can be creative blocks, old reactions, pent-up energy, or the feeling of holding back a little.

Her approach is warm, precise, and mindful. She invites us to connect courageously with our inner child, with vulnerability, with strength, and with the raw joy of life that arises when the body is allowed to speak.

Li Tadaa is also a dancer, and movement is a natural part of her work.
Through dance and somatic exercises, she creates a space where the body becomes a compass, and where authenticity feels more like an experience than an idea.

At VITAL, Li Tadaa is both the one who sets the framework and the one who steps into the circle herself.

Workshop 1:
“Life is Rhythm”

In southern Africa, rhythm and dance are central elements of everyday life.
Rhythm accompanies people from the moment they wake up—in cooking, working, walking, celebrating, and mourning. It is not merely a means of self-expression, but a way to stay connected to life, the community, and oneself.

When we maintain the rhythm, we’re less likely to get carried away by our emotions or get stuck in difficult moments.
The rhythm helps us regulate ourselves, stay present, and move together.

Li will facilitate a conversation with Celso and the Hodi Dance Company about Ubuntu, and about what it means to live in community and treat one another as brothers and sisters.
The conversation will be followed by playful, traditional dances from Mozambique, where everyone is invited to experience these principles through movement.

Workshop 2:
"Grow Up” – The Foundation for Accepting Yourself

Welcome to an introductory workshop on the Grow Up approach with Li.

What does it mean to become the kind of adult who can embrace all aspects of their inner self?
What happens when you stop identifying with loneliness, the feeling of not being good enough, or the experience of separation—and instead discover that it is you yourself who can embrace life’s complexity?

Through somatic exercises and constellation work, Li guides you in exploring the aspects of yourself that may still be difficult to face with presence and acceptance.
The workshop provides concrete tools for building a stronger inner foundation and developing the ability to stay connected to yourself, even when life gets challenging.
