Fredrike is deeply devoted to the path of the heart and the spirit, and she weaves both into her music by listening to what seeks to be expressed in the present moment.
Through her own songs, interwoven with mantras from various cultures and lyrical improvisation, she attunes herself to the vitality of the moment and creates music that invites collective expression to come forward and be heard.
Deeply inspired by jazz, blues, gospel, and American folk music, she finds ways to blend these genres into the music she creates.

Jam Session
The intentional gathering on the day of “Creativity & Play” flows naturally into a musical jam, where everyone is invited to explore rhythm, sound, and spontaneous collaboration.
Bring an instrument if you have one—or just come with your body, your voice, and your curiosity. Together, we’ll create music in the moment and let the rhythm guide us away from performance and toward genuine connection.
The musicians will help you find your own rhythm, your voice, and the joy of creating together with others. You don’t need any musical experience—just the desire to join in.
