Movement, Harmony, and Presence

I began my journey with yoga and tantra as a teenager, when it became a natural part of my dance training. After working professionally as a ballet dancer, I felt disillusioned and sought new ways to move. For me, movement—both of the body and the mind—has always been closely connected.
It’s about harmony, presence, and care—not just for others, but especially for myself.

After completing my first yoga teacher training in India in 2013, I dedicated myself fully to exploring the human body and mind through philosophy, anatomy, and energy work. In my understanding, everything is energy. When we immerse ourselves in this field, we create a deeper connection to ourselves and to one another. Working with energy—both my own and that of others—therefore feels completely natural to me.

Over the years, I have discovered that breathing acts as a key that opens the door to our inner world. When we take the time to breathe deeply and mindfully, we can create a deeper connection to what’s happening inside us.
That’s why I place great emphasis on breathwork in my teaching—whether it’s in yoga, tantra, or massage.

My stay in India lasted more than five seasons, during which I taught on yoga teacher training programs. It was also there that I had the opportunity to delve deeper into tantra through courses and by participating in more than 30 group meditations and workshops at the Love Temple in Goa.

In 2015, I began offering tantric massage in Denmark and have since performed more than 100 sessions around the world. Tantric massage is about much more than just touch—it’s an inner journey. It’s an invitation to encounter the body with curiosity and acceptance, without judgment or expectations. Tantra creates a space where we can allow ourselves to be exactly who we are.

In 2018, I also began offering nude yoga and workshops for men, where we move in our natural state and work on developing greater self-love and a more positive relationship with our bodies.

Self-acceptance is a central part of this practice. When we truly accept ourselves—with all our facets and shadows—we can begin to feel a deep inner peace. Tantra can help us let go of old patterns and blockages so that we can be more present in the moment with an open heart. It’s about getting to the essence of who we are—and meeting ourselves with love.

My passion is to guide others in discovering the inner strength and balance that arise when we dare to explore our own energy and our very being.

I have retained the sensory and spiritual tone, but made the language sound more natural in Danish so that it is suitable for a festival presentation.

Workshop 1:
, Humankind”

Theme: Emotional Fluctuations

Through transpersonal practices that focus on kindness and interaction with all people, we move beyond limiting labels, expectations, and social norms.

Through sharing—verbally, physically, and energetically—we peel away the layers of the beliefs that limit our human potential and open ourselves to our true, boundless power in presence and awareness.

Please bring:
Comfortable clothing that allows for movement, as well as a pillow for seated exercises.

Workshop 2:
: Moving into the Heart”

Theme: Deep Heart Connection and Regulation

A meditative movement practice focused on strengthening our self-awareness, bodily autonomy, and heart coherence.

We move into our hearts and allow the energy of love to flow into and through us. From there, a deep and largely silent practice unfolds, involving free movement and meditation.

Please bring:
Comfortable clothing that allows for movement, a yoga mat, and a pillow.
