TANTRA

“Tantra means awareness—and is an approach to life through reflection”

Tantra is sexual awareness

Tantra is about awareness—and the most effective path is to unite sexuality and spirit, where “process” is the key word. Tantra is a tool for personal development through meditation, energy work, healing, yoga, sharing, reflection, and intimacy. It’s a space where you can test your boundaries, experiment, and play. It can take you deep into the subconscious while also offering beautiful releases that open the door to new horizons. Tantra is a meeting of the heart, where you connect with one another, grounded in love and honesty.

The form of tantra practiced today in the West is about uniting sexuality and spirit. It offers a path of ongoing development for those of us who long for greater depth, joy, libido, spirit, awareness, and insight, enabling us to move into the spiritual dimension.

Tantra is the sexuality of the new age and a natural extension of personal development. Here, equality, respect, and responsibility are a given.

"Process" is the key word in Tantric practice—each of us has a process to work through, and this form of Tantra serves as a key to understanding ourselves and our fellow human beings from the heart.

The Love Festival

In 2022, the KÆRLIG Tantra Festival was founded at Adamas by Kate Aura and Adam.

KÆRLIG is a week of transformative workshops, music, movement, sexuality, spirituality, creativity, community, and nature. KÆRLIG is for those who want to connect with others in a loving and mindful space focused on play, curiosity, and personal growth.

TANTRA RETREATS

We regularly hold various other tantra retreats at Adamas. See the calendar for more information.
