Midt i naturens ro på Langeland dykker vi ned i kamp, bevægelse og dybe samtaler.
Du får vegetarisk mad tre gange dagligt, caféstemning og tid til at mærke dig selv i smukke, fredelige omgivelser.
Workshops, foredrag, warrior yoga og guidet fordybelse ledes af mestre fra kampsportens verden, terapeuter og psykologer.
Vi arbejder med vrede, kraft og passion gennem workshops, foredrag, primalt kropsarbejde, mentalt arbejde og emotionel frigørelse.
Her er plads til både stilhed og rå energi, sårbarhed og styrke – uden præstation eller pres.
