We invite everyone—singles, couples, and individuals—who is interested in exploring the deeper aspects of the tantric lifestyle and energy. In this course, Henrik and Birita will share their wealth of experience with consciousness training, personal development, energy work, and the daily practice of tantra.

This course serves as an introduction to an annual program that begins in January 2025.

Participants will be introduced to new theories in key areas such as tantric energy in relation to the whole person, detailed chakra psychology, the living tantric way of life, and the meditative tantric path.
