Leadership with Heart · Nature as a Teacher
Inge Kindberg has a long professional career as a leader, director, and board member, combined with an education from CBS. When she left her last employment, she completed a Nature Therapist education and began an intuitive writing process to bring a long-held dream of writing a book to life. This has resulted in several stories, the best of which have been compiled into two books so far: 'A Fairytale Begins' and 'Be the Power'.
Inge's books describe a modern Heroine's Journey in an easy and accessible format with short, self-contained stories. A journey that seeks inwards and downwards, into nature and back to the ancient wisdom that is accessible to us all, if only we are open and listen.
She is passionate about awakening and bringing feminine power more strongly into the world, so that together we can create a healthy and nurturing foundation for people and nature to thrive and grow naturally. At the same time, through her books, she wishes to remind us that life is magical – and that it is indeed possible to create exactly the life we dream of.
Workshop 1
Intuitive Writing and Nature Therapy
Create your own adventurous story - An adventure in the park -
An adventurous encounter between Intuitive Writing and Nature Therapy
Who doesn't love a fairy tale? Where the protagonist has to endure so much before the happy ending, living happily ever after.
In fantasy, anything can happen, creating a creative space where you are free to explore and test so-called 'reality'. With the help of nature, the magic of Tickon Park, and the power of storytelling, we open up a creative space where you play an important role in relation to nature. At the same time, you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself through the adventure. Through this adventure, you might find answers to questions you've been asking yourself, perhaps gaining wisdom and a new perspective?
Just like in a fairy tale, anything can happen if we are open to it.
Practical details:
We will meet and walk in silence to Tickon Park, where I will guide a short grounding exercise to help us settle and connect with the earth. Afterwards, I will introduce the task, and then we will complete it individually in silence.
Varighed: 3 timer
Bring: a notebook, pencil, something to sit on, and appropriate clothing and shoes for being outdoors.
Requirements for participation: openness and curiosity. While having a good connection to your intuition, to nature, and/or prior experience with intuitive writing is a plus, it is by no means a requirement.
Number of participants: flexible
Workshop 2
Awaken Your Feminine Power
A much-needed pause for reflection and reconnection
Sit or lie down comfortably and be guided through a short meditation to settle into your heart.
From here, you can enjoy a reading of adventurous and whimsical stories from the book, 'Vær Kraften'.
You are invited into a world of vibrant energy, in a reciprocal exchange with nature.
Among animals, plants, and elements, an ancient wisdom is awakened.
The roots of these stories reach back, awakening women's power.
This power is not about struggle, rebellion, or weapons, but about intuition, compassion, and maternal care for all living things – women's innate deep connection to nature and Mother Earth, which has been hidden and forgotten throughout history.
It is time to reactivate and rediscover the ancient wisdom and power that lies deeply imprinted within all of us, for the joy and benefit of all living beings.
We will conclude with an energy exercise, where you will have the opportunity to reconnect with your feminine power.
Practical details:
Duration: approximately 1.5 hours in total
