Rosamynthe Toft

KÆRLIG FESTIVAL

Spiritual and Therapeutic Creativity

Rosamynthe Toft lives in Randers with her two beloved teenage daughters. Being a mother has, especially in recent years, taken her on a journey of significant self-development and self-reflection.

Her background is spiritual and therapeutic, and over the past 25 years she has gained knowledge and experience within these two broad fields. Eight years ago, her journey into the world of Tantra began. This is where she feels most at home—in the playful, the spiritual, and the consciously tactile—and she loves to weave a therapeutic element into her teaching.

For Rosamynthe, life is a gift.
Gratitude and joy in life are high on her list of priorities, but it’s just as important to her to be able to embrace the depths of pain, anger, and so on as part of the whole in order to maintain balance. Everything that can’t simply be brushed off as “no big deal” benefits from being expressed in various ways so it can be released before it poisons our inner selves and perhaps becomes explosive.

As a therapist, she guides others and creates a safe space for their darkness and light.

One of her cornerstones is creativity, which is particularly evident in her playful approach to ceramics.
Rosamynthe has studied art therapy and art history and has taught visual arts, among other subjects. Her background as a spiritual practitioner and therapist is reflected in her creative work and teaching.

Another of her cornerstones is “expression” in the broadest sense, including intuitive vocal healing. She has thus taught play and healing through the voice, as well as sensual whispering.

Rosamynthe’s heart looks forward to connecting with like-minded people and bearing witness to each other’s journeys and ways of being at the KÆRLIG festival.

WORKSHOPS

Flirt

Flirting is a game—and in this fantastic workshop, we’ll play together!
We’ll laugh, use our senses, and explore what flirting is and what it means to each of us.
Can you seduce or be seduced by, for example, a glance, a movement, a sound, speech, or touch?

I teach, facilitate, and guide you through fun exercises and moments of reflection in a sensual, loving space where the focus is on you—and on playing and sharing with other wonderful people.

Put on some comfortable clothes that make you feel gorgeous—and get ready for a workshop filled with giggles, flirting, and freedom.

Sketches and Body Shame

Workshop on Sketching and Body Shame—a liberating journey through therapeutic exercises and creativity.

You are warmly invited to a workshop that will challenge your inner critic regarding your relationship with your body.

So many of us wage war on our bodies with negative thoughts about their appearance and functions, and it makes me utterly unhappy to hear how other people’s inner voices are just as unfair and relentlessly harsh as my own. That’s why I’ve created this very powerful and special day, offering new tools to lovingly let go of shame, comparisons, and self-criticism.

You don't need any drawing experience—just a desire to explore.

Plan Your Trip

The workshop includes art therapy, guided meditation, manifestation, and sharing sessions.

Art therapy is a creative and therapeutic process in which drawing is used to explore thoughts, feelings, and insights. It’s not about drawing beautifully, but about giving voice to what lives within you—as a channel for the unconscious. The drawings can then be used as a starting point for reflection and new insights.

The festival has left its mark. Perhaps you’ve discovered new sides of yourself, gained insights, felt a sense of longing, or taken important steps on your journey. In this workshop, we’ll tie it all together through guided meditation, art therapy, manifestation, and sharing.

First, you map out your journey at the festival. Then, we explore what you’d like to take with you from this experience and give shape to the wishes, dreams, or paths that are calling to you right now. When we map out our intentions and share them with loving witnesses, it can be a powerful way to anchor them.

You don't need to be able to draw or think of yourself as a creative person to join in. Everyone is welcome.

Come and capture your journey in a photo, give your heart a voice, and set a course for your future.
