Marie-Louise Bregendahl
KÆRLIG FESTIVAL
Trauma therapist, instructor, and founder of the Love Pattern Therapy training program
Marie-Louise’s work stems both from many years of therapeutic experience and from her own personal journey. At age 21, she found herself in the midst of a profound life crisis.
This marked the beginning of a long-term exploration of how our inner patterns shape love, relationships, and the way we relate to ourselves.
Today, she has more than 18 years of experience as a therapist and has worked with thousands of people through individual sessions, teaching, and long-term development programs.
Her work revolves around the patterns we carry with us in love and close relationships.
About what we long for.
And what can stand in the way of closeness, security, and connection.
At KÆRLIG, Marie-Louise invites you into a space filled with presence, honesty, and the opportunity to become a little more attuned to yourself.
A space where old patterns can be viewed with greater gentleness and awareness.
In her personal life, she is married to Thomas and is the mother of two children.
She also hosts the podcast *Kærlighedens Labyrint* (The Labyrinth of Love), where she shares insights on relationships, patterns of love, and personal development.
WORKSHOP
Discover your deepest, most counterproductive love programming at
—and start building a new foundation for love
Many of us bring old patterns into our relationships.
Ways to protect ourselves.
Ways to seek love, security, or recognition.
Often without even realizing it.
Some patterns create distance.
Others cause us to conform, shut down, or lose touch with ourselves.
In this workshop, Marie-Louise invites you into a space of honesty and presence, where you’ll have the opportunity to discover some of the deeper patterns of love that may shape your relationships and your connection with yourself.
Through reflection, teaching, and inner connection, we explore how past experiences can live on in the body and in the way we express love.
The workshop isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about becoming more aware of what you carry with you.
So that new choices and new ways of relating can begin to emerge.
A space for insight, gentleness, and change.
