In his one-on-one sessions, Christian invites you to slow down and turn your attention inward. Through healing massage, mindful touch, tantric energy work, and therapeutic dialogue, he creates a safe space where the body can release tension, the heart can open, and old patterns can be released.

Christian works from a holistic understanding of the human being, in which the body, emotions, energy, and consciousness are closely intertwined. Each session is tailored to you and your needs—whether you’re seeking more peace, emotional release, a deeper connection to yourself, or wish to strengthen your vitality.

In his work, Christian incorporates, among other things, Sámi drumming, healing, and carefully selected essential oils, which foster a sensory and nourishing experience for the body, mind, and spirit.

At the KÆRLIG Festival, Christian offers individual sessions featuring tantric massage, healing, and supportive conversations.
